ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Jun, 2026) Allottees of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Green Enclave-I housing scheme gathered outside the authority’s headquarters on Thursday, urging the early resumption of development activities in the project.
The demonstration, organized by the core committee of allottees, reflected concerns over the prolonged delay since the scheme’s launch in 2009. Participants said the absence of progress had caused uncertainty for government employees awaiting possession of their plots.
A delegation of allottees later held discussions with FGEHA officials, including senior officers responsible for the project's administrative and technical affairs.
Speaking on the occasion, representatives of the allottees highlighted the importance of the project for thousands of government employees and emphasized the need for tangible progress.

The officials assured the delegation that their concerns had been noted and that efforts were being made to advance the project in accordance with the relevant procedures. They also informed the allottees that a meeting with the Director General would be arranged in the coming days to discuss the matter further.
Following the discussions, the allottees expressed satisfaction with the engagement and agreed to await further developments while remaining hopeful that progress on the project would be expedited in the near future.
