Karachi Kings captain David Warner opted to bowl first, sending Peshawar Zalmi in to bat

KARACHI: (UrduPoint/UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News-April 9^th, 2026) Karachi Kings won the toss and elected to field first against Peshawar Zalmi in the 17th match of HBL Pakistan Super League Season 2026 at the National Bank Stadium on Thursday.

Karachi Kings captain David Warner opted to bowl first, sending Peshawar Zalmi in to bat.

The home side made one change to their lineup, handing a debut to Mohammad Hamza in place of Hasan Ali, while Peshawar Zalmi fielded an unchanged XI.

In the previous match of the tournament, Islamabad United secured a comfortable nine-wicket victory over Lahore Qalandars.
