HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Jun, 2026) President Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industry (HCSTSI) Saleem Memon Thursday said private hospitals are providing quality medical facilities to the people in Hyderabad while reducing burden on the government's hospitals as well.
He expressed these views at the inauguration ceremony of a new surgical recovery room at Ghazi Medicare and Maternity Home, located on Prince Ali Road in Hyderabad.
Memon urged the government to encourage private hospitals and health institutions by providing special incentives, duty and tax concessions on modern medical equipment and machinery.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>Speaking on the occasion. SSP Hyderabad Shahzaib Chachar said the protection of human lives and timely treatment were the basic needs of the society.
He appreciated services of doctors and medical staff, he said that investment in the health sector was actually a service to humanity.
The hospital's head Dr Hanif Memon Kashtwala said they were trying to provide modern and quality healthcare facilities to the people of Hyderabad and surrounding areas under one roof.
He believed that the establishment of a new surgical recovery room would further improve the quality of care and rehabilitation of patients after surgery.
