Health screening & awareness session held at EMO School in Kashmore

SUKKUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Jun, 2026) A health screening and awareness intervention on hygiene and nutrition was held at EMO Government High School Rasaldar, District Kashmore-Kandhkot, managed by the Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) with support from the People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) team on Monday.

Volunteer doctors and nurses from PPHI conducted health screenings of students and held classroom sessions on personal hygiene, healthy habits, and balanced nutrition to promote awareness among students.

The teaching staff of EMO GHS Rasaldar played a key role in organizing and managing the activity. Students participated with enthusiasm and showed keen interest throughout the sessions.

The initiative proved beneficial in promoting health awareness, hygiene practices, and nutritional understanding among students. The collaboration between PPHI and the school management reflected a strong commitment to student health and well-being.
