Healthcare services reviewed at DHQ hospital, Tank

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Apr, 2026) Additional Deputy Commissioner Finance and Planning Muhammad Riaz paid a surprise visit to the District Headquarters Hospital(DHQ) to take stock of medical facilities put in place for people of the area.

According to the administration, he visited various departments, wards, and the pharmacy.

During the inspection, he checked the attendance of doctors and paramedical staff according to the duty roster and also visited under-treatment patients.

He inquired from attendants about the availability of medical facilities and medicines in the hospital.

He directed the hospital administration to ensure the timely and quality provision of healthcare services to all patients.

He said that the administration accorded priority to providing better treatment facilities to the people and no negligence in this regard would be tolerated in this regard, he added.
