HESCO declares 65th 11 KV feeder exempt from outages

HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Jun, 2026) Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) has declared one more 11 KV feeder exempt from load shedding, taking the total number of such feeders to 65.

The company's spokesman, Sadiq Kubar, informed here on Sunday that Chief Executive Officer Faizullah Dahiri announced the decision at a ceremony in Thatta district, where the 11 KV Makli Feeder had been added to the list of zero load shedding feeders.

According to Kubar, the feeder in question was supplied electricity from the 132 KV Mirpur Sakro grid station, and it could carry a load of 6,885 kilowatts.

The spokesman, however, did not share the details of consumers and pole-mounted transformers that were covered by the feeder in question.
