HESCO declares 66th 11 KV feeder exempt from outages

HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Jun, 2026) Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) has declared one more 11 KV exempt from load shedding, taking the total number of such feeders to 66.

The company's spokesman Sadiq Kubar informed here on Sunday that Chief Executive Officer Faizullah Dahiri announced that decision at a ceremony in Kori, Jamshoro district, where 11 KV City 6 Feeder had been added to the list of zero load shedding feeders.

According to Kubar, the feeder in question was supplied with electricity from 132 KV Sehwan grid station.

He told that the feeder provided electricity to 575 consumers through 36 pole-mounted transformers.Kubar added that 55 commercial, 19 industrial and one agricultural connections were among the consumers.
