QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Jul, 2026) The Regional Meteorological Center (RMC) Quetta, has forecast hot conditions across most districts of Balochistan with scattered heavy rainfall in northern and central regions.

According to the RMC, mainly hot weather will dominate the province, with very hot conditions expected in Nokkundi, Kech, Washuk, Dalbandin, Kharan, Panjgur, Awaran, Noshki, Sibi, Naseerabad, Jhal Magsi, Usta Muhammad and surrounding areas.

Meanwhile, partly cloudy skies accompanied by rain, wind, and thunderstorms including scattered heavy falls are likely in Zhob, Sherani, Barkhan, Musakhail, Killa Saifullah, Harnai, Ziarat, Duki, Loralai, Kohlu, Dera Bugti, Kachi, Khuzdar, Surab, Awaran, Kalat, Mastung, Quetta, Pishin and adjoining districts.

The forecast also cautions that strong gusty winds are expected in most parts of the province during afternoon and evening hours, which may affect local communities and infrastructure.

Temperature readings show Sibi recorded the maximum at 45.0°C, while Gwadar registered the minimum at 32.0°C.

Authorities have urged residents to remain alert during heavy rainfall and strong winds, particularly in vulnerable districts, and to follow safety advisories issued by local administration.
