IHC CJ inaugurates E-Library, Day Care Centre at District Courts

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jul, 2026) The Islamabad High Court (IHC)'s Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar on Wednesday visited the District and Sessions Courts and inaugurated several initiatives aimed at improving judicial infrastructure and public services.

The Chief Justice was received by District and Sessions Judge Nasir Javed Rana and other judicial officers upon his arrival.

A police contingent presented a guard of honour.

During the visit, Chief Justice Dogar inaugurated an E-library and Day Care Centre established at the District Courts.

He also inaugurated a project to shift the District Courts to solar energy, along with a newly established control room and an emergency alert system aimed at enhancing court security and administrative efficiency.
