Intellectuals, writers pays tribute to Scholar Dr. Nabi Baksh Baloch on his 15th death anniversary

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Apr, 2026) Bazm-e-Rooh Rihan in its weekly series of literary sessions hosted an event to pay tribute to renowned Scholar Dr. Nabi Baksh Baloch on his 15th death anniversary and admired for his great literary contribution.

Author, writer and columnist Prof. Dr. Abdul Majeed Chandio said that our elders had been highly attached with Dr. Nabi Baksh Baloch when Dr.Baloch lived with the poets and writers of Kachhi, he met him several times.

Renowned writer and writer Mansoor Qadir Junejo said that due to the connection between Dr. Nabi Bakhsh Khan Baloch and Hamida Khoro, I am also close to him, but in terms of reading and writing, Dr.Baloch was a complete entity within himself.

The guest of honor Idris Jatoi said that Dr. Baloch was the only personality of Sindh, who was known all over the world, his contribution in the field of Sindhi literature and Shah Latif’s poetry were unparalleled.

Poet and writer Nizamuddin Kaka said that, people like Dr. Nabi Bakhsh Khan Baloch are born in centuries.

Secretary General of Bazm-e- Rooh Rihan Wahid Kandharo said that Dr. Nabi Bakhsh Khan kept Baloch folk literature alive.

In the meeting, Dariya Khan Pirzado and Naziran Mujadadi Qureshi read the introduction of the life of Dr. Nabi Bakhsh Baloch, while poet Talib Bhanbhro read the speech, in addition to them, Bazm-e Rooh Rehan Jamshoro district secretary Sikandar Khoso, Salim Chana, ED Kabooro, Khair Mohammad Ashiq Solangi, Ehsaas Merel, Khan Muhammad Jarwar, Imran Soomro, Mola Bakhsh Mohabati, Ali Hasnain and others presented their words of praise to Dr. Nabi Bakhsh Baloch.
