Interior Minister Commends Security Forces for Successful Intelligence-Based Operations Against Militants in Balochistan

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Jul, 2026) Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has praised security forces for carrying out successful intelligence-based operations against militants in Balochistan under Operation Al-Azm, commending their professionalism and effectiveness in counterterrorism efforts.

In a statement, Naqvi said security forces are conducting effective operations against militants across Balochistan as part of Operation Al-Azm.

He specifically lauded the successful operation against militants in the Khad Kocha area of Mastung district.

The interior minister commended the professionalism of the security forces, noting that 13 militants had been killed in operations conducted under Operation Al-Azm so far. He described the forces' actions against the militant group as commendable and reaffirmed the government's support for ongoing counter terrorism efforts.
