Khursheed Shah inaugurates renovated operation theaters at Sukkur Civil Hospital

SUKKUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st May, 2026) MNA Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah visited Sukkur Civil Hospital on Sunday and inaugurated the renovated operation theaters, which have now been made functional with modern facilities.

During the visit, the Principal of Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College and the Medical Superintendent briefed him on the performance of various departments.

Speaking on the occasion, he said providing better medical facilities to the public remained a top priority of the government.

He added that under the leadership of Bilawal Bhutto, significant improvements were being made in the health sector.

He said steps were being taken to expedite surgical services at the hospital and directed doctors and paramedics to strictly ensure implementation of policy. Negligence will not be tolerated under any circumstances, he warned.

He noted that patients from various districts visit Sukkur Civil Hospital and instructed hospital staff to ensure all patients receive the best possible treatment.
