MIRPUR (AJK) , (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point news - 5th Jun, 2026) State-run Kashmir Institute of Management hosted a grand ceremony to mark the completion of the 11th Mid-Career Management Course in the state metropolison Friday.
Director General Kashmir Institute of Management Dr. Muqam-ul-Islam graced the occasion as special guest.
KIM sources told media on Friday, the 11th Mid-Career Management Course was of 10 weeks duration. A total of 27 officers from various departments of the Government of Azad Kashmir participated in this course DG Kashmir Institute of Management Dr. Muqam-ul-Islam graced the occasion as special guest.
The course aimed to equip civil servants with high-level leadership responsibilities, enhance professional skills, and strengthen policy implementation. Addressing the ceremony, Director General Kashmir Institute of Management Dr.
<?php /*?> <?php */?>Muqeem-ul-Islam said that the 27 officers who completed the 11th Mid-Career Course have designed 20 policy documents on e-governance, cybersecurity, AI, and economic policy and presented 27 research presentations, which will be presented to the government,
Chief Secretary, and board of Governors in the form of actionable charters. He added that we are creating the infrastructure for the future of public sector training at KIM and plans are being made to make KIM a modern training center.
He added that all offices have been invited to nominate officers for future courses at KIM, the official KIM sources said adding that the Director General Kashmir Institute of Management also distributed certificates among the participants of the Mid-Career Management Course on this occasion.
