The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been offered a royal residence to stay in during their visit to the UK with their children next month.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will travel with their children Archie and Lilibet, on their first visit to UK in four years.
The family has been offered accommodation on a royal estate, but they have not yet replied to the invitation.
On earlier visits, Prince Harry refused to stay at Buckingham Palace because of security concerns linked to its high-profile and visible location.
It is not clear which royal residence has been made available to the family this time round.
Prince Harry already has plans to attend several UK events next month marking one year to go until the Invictus Games for injured military personnel, which will be held in Birmingham next July.
The last in-person meeting between King Charles and his grandchildren was during Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022.
During a visit to the UK in September last year, Prince Harry met his father at Clarence House, which was their first face to face meeting since February 2024.
Security arrangements for the visit are still unclear, but Buckingham Palace is not offering any extra security, and any such decision would be made by the Home Office.
Buckingham Palace also said it would not comment on whether the King will meet his son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren, calling it a private family matter.
