KOHAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Apr, 2026) Acting on the directives of Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Nawaz, Additional Assistant Commissioner (AAC) Syed Mukhtiar Shah on Monday carried out an extensive series of inspections across key public service facilities, underscoring the district administration’s renewed push for transparency and efficiency.
During a visit to the Service Delivery Center in Gambat, the AAC conducted a meticulous review of staff attendance, basic amenities, and service standards. Engaging directly with citizens, he attentively heard public grievances and ensured on-the-spot resolution of several complaints. Officials were firmly instructed to uphold prompt, transparent, and high-quality service delivery while elevating operational standards.
At the Rural Health Center (RHC) Gambat, the focus shifted to healthcare provision, where cleanliness, staff presence, medicine availability, and patient care facilities were thoroughly assessed.
Stressing the urgency of improved healthcare services, the AAC directed authorities to reinforce sanitation mechanisms, ensure uninterrupted medical supplies, and deliver timely, patient-centric care.
Extending the inspection drive, the AAC visited the Women and Children Park at Babri Banda and the Government Comprehensive Higher Secondary School Kohat. At the park, he expressed concern over poor sanitation, declining greenery, and staff negligence, ordering immediate corrective measures and administrative action. At the school, he monitored ongoing matriculation examinations, emphasizing strict adherence to transparency and zero tolerance for malpractice.
