Kohat gears up for crucial anti-polio drive from April 13

KOHAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th Apr, 2026) The District Health Department Kohat has officially announced that a vital, comprehensive anti-polio campaign will commence on April 13, 2026, aiming to safeguard children under the age of five from the crippling and incurable disease. Moreover, authorities have stressed the urgency of ensuring maximum participation to achieve complete immunization coverage across the district.

Meanwhile, dedicated polio teams will systematically visit households throughout Kohat to administer oral polio drops to all eligible children.
