KP HED cancels all temporary transfers, appointments

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Mar, 2026) The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher education Department (HED) has cancelled all temporary transfer and appointment orders issued under its jurisdiction with immediate effect.

According to an official notification, the decision will apply across all sections of the department, including the Directorate General Commerce Education, Directorate of Higher Education, and all regional directorates, in line with directives communicated to the concerned offices.

The notification further states that any future transfers or appointments will require issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC), to be granted in consultation with the relevant principal while ensuring appropriate student-teacher ratios in the concerned subject.

The department has directed all relevant authorities to ensure strict compliance with these instructions.
