KPEZDMC holds 9th annual general meeting of shareholders

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Apr, 2026) The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company convened its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders at the Industries, Commerce and Technical education Department, Peshawar.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Muhammad Abid, Chairman board of Directors and Secretary, Industries, Commerce and Technical Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The session was attended by CEO KPEZDMC, Mr. Shehreyar Gul, Chairman Finance & Strategy Committee BoD, Mr. Fazal Moqeem Khan, Chairman Audit & Risk Management Committee BoD, Mr.

Safeer Akhtar, along with senior management and shareholders.

During the meeting, shareholders appreciated KPEZDMC’s consistent performance across its portfolio.

In the context of prevailing economic challenges, the Board reaffirmed KPEZDMC’s critical role in supporting industrial development, fostering economic stability, and generating employment opportunities across the province.

The shareholders also acknowledged the Board’s strategic direction and proactive approach in navigating evolving economic dynamics.
