KPRA intensifies efforts to ensure tax compliance in beauty parlours

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Mar, 2026) On the special instructions of Director General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority - KPRA, Ms Irum Naz, the Authority has intensified its efforts to enhance tax compliance in beauty parlours during the Eid season.

In this regard, a team from KPRA’s South Region Sub-Office Dera Ismail Khan, under the supervision of the Additional Collector South and Deputy Collector South, conducted a field visit to beauty parlours in DI Khan.

The team was led by Assistant Collector Mr Wasif ur Rehman, accompanied by Facilitation Assistant Mr Waseem Ahmad.

During the visit, business owners were provided guidance and issued strict instructions to ensure compliance with the STS Act and relevant regulations.

The concerned parties acknowledged their obligations, agreed to comply, and assured that they would visit the office after Eid for further processing.
