According to data released by WASA, the highest rainfall recorded so far was 50 mm in Nishtar Town. Other areas also received significant rain, including Jail Road (16.5 mm), Airport (11.1 mm), Gulberg (16.6 mm), Laxhmi Chowk (12 mm), Upper Mall (12 mm), Mughalpura (10 mm), Tajpura (8 mm), Chowk Nakhoda (19 mm), Pani Wala Talab (6.8 mm), Farrukhabad (2.8 mm), Gulshan Ravi (5.6 mm), Iqbal Town (3 mm), Samanabad (11 mm), Johar Town (32 mm), Hadiyra Drain (12.6 mm), Shadipura (10.2 mm), and Sagian (3.8 mm).
Thick clouds blanketed various parts of the city in the evening, followed by rainfall that brought pleasant weather conditions.
Rain was reported in several localities, including Gaddafi Stadium, Kalma Chowk, Muslim Town, Naulakha, Kot Lakhpat, Ferozepur Road, Green Town, Mughalpura, Shahdara, Ichra, Chauburji, Samanabad, Gulshan-e-Ravi, Johar Town, PIA Road, Pine Avenue, and DHA, along with surrounding areas.
The MET office forecast intermittent rainfall across several cities of Punjab, including Murree, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, Gujrat, Sialkot, Lahore, Mianwali, and Mandi Bahauddin, until April 4. Rain is also expected in Khushab, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Faisalabad, Kasur, Okara, Narowal, D.G. Khan, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Bahawalnagar, and Rahim Yar Khan.
MET officials reported that the maximum temperature in the city was recorded at 24°C, while the minimum temperature stood at 17°C.
