Liaqat Baloch condoles with Murree tragedy victims family

MULTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Jun, 2026) Deputy Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan(JI), Liaqat Baloch, visited the residence of Kashif Raza to offer condolences over the tragic loss of 10 members of his family, including his wife, five young children, mother and other relatives, in the recent Murree Expressway accident.

Expressing his deep sorrow, Baloch said the loss of so many members of a single family in one tragic incident was an unimaginable tragedy that could not be adequately described in words.

He said the heartbreaking accident had plunged not only the bereaved family but also the people of Multan and the entire nation into grief.

He assured the family that Jamaat-e-Islami stood firmly by them during this difficult time and shared in their sorrow.

He prayed for the eternal peace of the departed souls, elevation of their ranks, and patience and strength for the bereaved family to bear the immense loss.

JI South Punjab Ameer Syed Zeeshan Akhtar, Multan Ameer Suhaib Ammar Siddiqui, Multan Saddar Ameer Hafiz Muhammad Aslam, Secretary General Khawaja Asim Riaz and other party leaders accompanied him during the visit.

Liaqat Baloch also prayed for the speedy and complete recovery of those injured in the accident and stressed the need for serious attention and effective safety measures at the national level to prevent such tragic loss of human lives in the future.
