Livestock vaccination drive continues in Gujrat

GUJRAT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Apr, 2026) On the directives of Additional Director Livestock Dr Tahir Aziz, a vaccination campaign is underway in various villages of the district to protect animals from Hemorrhagic Septicemia (HS) and Enterotoxemia (ETV).

According to official sources, livestock department teams are active in the field and providing awareness to farmers about preventive measures against these diseases.

Meanwhile, Dr Tahir Aziz held meetings with livestock card holders in Jalalpur Jattan and Thatha Musa. Relevant staff were also present.

During the meetings, matters related to recovery of loans were discussed, and the farmers assured that they would clear their outstanding dues by Wednesday.
