ATTOCK, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Mar, 2026) Police have swiftly arrested a suspect for alleged inappropriate conduct involving a minor in Hazro tehsil, officials confirmed on Wednesday, therefore ensuring a prompt response to the sensitive incident.

According to police sources, a complaint was lodged by a relative of the child, stating that the minor was approached by a man who allegedly took him to a private location and behaved in an inappropriate and disturbing manner. Subsequently, the police registered a case and initiated action.

Acting promptly on the report, law enforcement officials launched an operation and apprehended the suspect, identified as Shah Nawaz, a resident of Nartopa. The accused was taken into custody within a short span of time, while authorities ensured that all legal procedures were followed.

Police further stated that an intensive investigation is currently under way, however, they reaffirmed their commitment to taking strict action against those involved in crimes against minors, ensuring justice is served.
