Man electrocuted by water pump

FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Jul, 2026) A man was electrocuted after coming into contact with a water pump in the area of Khurarianwala police station on Wednesday.

According to Rescue 1122, 53-year-old Ameer Ali, resident of Muhammad Wala, was attempting to switch on a water pump near Makkoana police post on Jaranwala Road when he suffered a fatal electric shock.

He lost consciousness and died at the scene before receiving any medical treatment.

Upon receiving the information, a Rescue 1122 team reached the spot, completed the necessary formalities and handed over the body to the deceased's family for burial.
