Man's body found

LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th May, 2026) Rescue 1122 recovered the body of an unidentified man from the BRB Canal near Heer Pind area on Wednesday.

According to Rescue 1122 officials, the emergency teams along with vehicles reached the spot after receiving information and initiated a search operation.

A diver team retrieved the body from the canal, which was later identified as that of an approximately 40-year-old man.

The body was subsequently handed over to police for further legal proceedings, the spokesperson added.
