Man shot dead at Kohat

KOHAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th Jun, 2026) A man was shot dead by unidentified armed men near Masood Bagh within limits of Shahpur Police station, sources said on Saturday.

According to initial reports, the deceased was identified as Samiullah, a resident of Peshawar.

The assailants opened fire and killing the victim on the spot.

Upon receiving the information, local police rushed to the site and shifted the body to a nearby hospital for medico-legal formalities.

Police have registered a case against the unknown culprits and initiated a thorough investigation to determine the motive behind the killing and to apprehend the killers.
