Meeting discusses appointment of doctors, nurses, dental surgeons in Peshawar Division

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st Mar, 2026) Commissioner Peshawar Division, Riaz Khan Mehsud here Tuesday chaired a meeting to discuss recruitment

of medical officers, dental surgeons and nurses.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioners and District Health Officers from all five districts of the

division, including Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda, Mohmand and Khyber.

Detailed discussions were held on the recruitment process, including the submission of applications, scrutiny

procedures and the conduct of interviews.

It was informed that applications will be received until April 8 at a special desk established at the Commissioner

Office in Peshawar. A separate scrutiny committee has also been formed to review applications and health

department aims to complete the entire recruitment process by April 20.

The Commissioner directed that the recruitment be carried out in a transparent manner. He directed the concerned authorities to ensure a smooth and facilitative application process for candidates and timely completion of the

recruitment process.
