MIRPURKHAS, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 2nd Jun, 2026) Divisional Commissioner Mirpurkhas Shah Mir Bhutto on Tuesday chaired an important meeting at the Commissioner Office soon after assuming charge, reviewing key administrative and development matters across the division.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioners and Assistant Commissioners of all districts within the Mirpurkhas division. Officials briefed the participants on the progress of Special Initiatives, the ongoing process of updating the Record of Rights, and measures related to fire prevention and safety.

During the session, the commissioner directed district administrations to ensure timely completion of public welfare projects and emphasized the need for accuracy, transparency and effective monitoring in land record management.

He stressed that modernizing official records in accordance with contemporary requirements would improve governance and facilitate better public service delivery.

Shah Mir Bhutto further urged all officers to perform their duties with honesty, diligence and a strong sense of responsibility, prioritizing the resolution of public grievances and strengthening administrative efficiency across the division.
