Moti Bazaar traders discuss tax and trade issues with RCCI leadership

RAWALPINDI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Jul, 2026) A delegation from the Anjuman-i-Tajiran Moti Bazaar, led by its President Wahab Bhatti, called on the Acting President of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI), Khalid Farooq Qazi, at the Chamber office on Friday.

The delegation discussed pressing issues facing the commercial sector, including tax concerns, infrastructure facilities, and local trade challenges.

Extending a formal invitation to the RCCI leadership to visit Moti Bazaar, the delegation emphasized the importance of close coordination between trade bodies and the chamber to resolve shopkeepers' grievances.

Assuring the delegation of full support, RCCI Acting President Khalid Farooq Qazi promised to visit Moti Bazaar soon and affirmed that the Chamber remains dedicated to advocating for the commercial community and addressing their operational hurdles.

RCCI Vice President Fahad Barlas, former President Jalil Malik, Executive Members Badar Haroon, Noreen Ghaffar, and other Chamber representatives were also present during the meeting.
