Motorcyclist killed in road accident

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Apr, 2026) A motorcyclist lost his life in a tragic road accident at Vehari road, here on Monday.

According to Rescue 1122 officials, emergency services received a call that a motorcyclist had been hit by a truck. Rescue teams from nearby stations were immediately dispatched to the scene.

Eyewitnesses reported that the motorcyclist was first struck by a rickshaw, causing him to lose control and fall onto the road. Meanwhile, a speeding truck coming from behind ran over him, resulting in his instant death.

The deceased was identified as 34 years old Shakir s/o Abdul Hameed.

Police personnel also reached the site and took necessary legal action. The body was shifted to Nishtar hospital by Rescue 1122.
