Motorcyclist killed, wife with 3 kids injured in road accident

FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th Jun, 2026) A young motorcyclist was killed while his wife and three kids sustained serious injuries during a road traffic accident in the area of Khurarianwala police station.

Rescue 1122 spokesman said here on Sunday that a speedy van hit a motorcycle near Makkoana Bypass.

As a result, 30-year-old motorcyclist Muhammad Ikram resident of Chak No.229-RB Makkoana received serious injuries and died on the spot while Rescue 1122 shifted his wife Mehwish along with three children including Eman Ikram (6 months), Zainab (4 years) and Talha (6 years) to Allied Hospital-II (DHQ Hospital) in critical condition after providing them first aid on the spot.

The police took the body into custody while further investigation was under progress, he added.
