Mouni Roy’s reaction to rumors of divorce from husband

Actress Mouni Rai has reacted for the first time to the rumors of divorce from her husband Sooraj Nambiar. Mouni Roy’s statement came a day after rumors of possible tension in their relationship surfaced on social media.

Muni wrote on Instagram Stories, “Humble request to all media houses not to publish false statements and give us privacy.”

Muni’s statement provided some clarification, but he neither formally confirmed nor denied the divorce.

It should be noted that the rumors gained momentum when the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram, which raised the curiosity of fans and users.

Later Suraj also deactivated his Instagram account.

Not only this, Muni’s close friend Disha Patani also unfollowed Sooraj, which further fueled the online debate.

Mouni Roy and Sooraj Nambiar got married in January 2022.
