LARKANA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 28th Jul, 2026) On the directives of Deputy Commissioner Tariq Manzoor Chandio, Municipal Corporation Mayor Anwar Ali Luhur, and Assistant Commissioner Raja Khan Qureshi, the municipal team conducted operations against encroachments in the main commercial hubs of city, including Bandar Road, Shahi Bazaar, Pakistani Chowk, Jeels Bazaar, Bank Square Road, and other areas.

During the drive, goods illegally placed on roads and thoroughfares were removed, and encroaching traders and shopkeepers were issued warnings to refrain from violating designated limits; otherwise, strict action would be taken against them.

Speaking to the media, the Municipal Corporation team said that today's operation was being carried out on the special directives of DC Larkana Tariq Manzoor Chandio, Mayor Larkana Anwar Ali Luhur, and Assistant Commissioner Raja Khan Qureshi, to ensure that citizens face no difficulty in commuting and that the traffic system within the city could be improved.

They said that the goods of traders and shopkeepers who had illegally encroached upon roads and streets have been completely removed, and they have been strictly warned not to repeat such actions; otherwise, the strictest action will be taken against them. Furthermore, the encroachment team will continue such operations in the future for the betterment of the city and its citizens.
