ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Apr, 2026) Mushaal Hussein Mullick, the wife of Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik, has said that this morning, the world awoke to the sound of peace, as humanity rises, emphasizing the triumph of peace over the darkness of oppression.

In a video message received here Saturday, she said, "The light of peace has triumphed over the shadows of injustice," she continued, underscoring the resilience of truth despite efforts to silence it.

She acknowledged the sacrifices of the oppressed, stating that "the years of sacrifices have now borne fruit," marking the success of those who have long struggled for justice. "This is a victory in the world's largest battle for peace," Malik said, attributing the success to the leadership of the Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir whose strategy turned peace into a tangible victory.

The Hurriyat leader's wife praised the bold leadership that raised the nation's stature. "Field Marshal’s leadership has made the nation stand tall with pride. Today, the nation salutes the Field Marshal for the historic success in the cause of peace.

She declared that the triumph represents a proud moment for Pakistan, as the nation and its Armed Forces succeeded in a historic peace effort. "This is a moment of historic success in the world’s largest peace battle," she asserted, adding that the sacrifices of countless martyrs formed the foundation of this achievement. "The sacrifices of millions of martyrs have come to fruition today," she said.

She highlighted the new hope this victory brings for oppressed peoples worldwide, stating, "A new ray of hope has emerged for both Palestine and Kashmir."

She further expressed her belief in the eventual triumph of justice, predicting, "The day is not far when the sun of freedom will rise over Kashmir and Palestine."

Mushaal affirmed, "The struggle of the oppressed continues, and victory will inevitably be their destiny.
