Muzaffargarh emerges as top revenue-generating district

MUZAFFARGARH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Mar, 2026) Muzaffargarh has emerged as the top revenue-generating district in Punjab, for the first time ever, in a recent monthly performance analysis by the provincial authorities.

A spokesman for the district administration said in a statement that the feat could only be attributed to the untiring efforts of the revenue employees resulting in timely completion of tasks, public facilitation and services under a strategic plan devised and executed under the guidance of deputy commissioner Usman Tahir Jappa as per vision of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif.

DC congratulated the district revenue team and reiterated commitment to continue to perform best in future.
