New WASA Chief assumes charge , vows improved public services

TALAGANG, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Jun, 2026) Managing Director, Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Talagang, Muhammad Asadullah formally assumed his charge, official sources said on Thursday.

Soon after taking office, Asadullah visited the agency's central office, where he conducted a detailed review of the performance of various departments, administrative affairs and ongoing projects.

During meetings with officers and staff members, the newly appointed managing director stressed the importance of providing citizens with quality and timely services.

He issued directives aimed at making the drainage system more effective, improving sanitation arrangements and ensuring the prompt resolution of public complaints.

"WASA Talagang is a public service institution, and every possible effort will be made to ensure the convenience and satisfaction of citizens," Asadullah said.

He added that all available resources would be utilised to further enhance the agency's performance and transform it into an efficient, transparent and public-friendly institution.
