NH&MP organizes road safety seminar at Gillani Law college BZU

MULTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th May, 2026) The National Highways & Motorway Police (NH&MP) M-4 Sector organized a road safety seminar at Gillani Law College, Bahauddin Zakariya University on Tuesday.

According to a spokesperson,Sector Commander Qalb Abbas Sapra,Acting Principal Dr.Faiz, faculty members and a large number of students attended the session.

Officials briefed participants on key road safety measures, stressing the importance of wearing helmets and seat belts. Students were urged to avoid over-speeding, observe lane discipline and comply with traffic laws to ensure safe travel.

A road safety stall was also set up, where NH&MP officials showcased modern equipment and explained how technology was used to enforce laws on highways.

Addressing the seminar,Sapra said students act as ambassadors of society and can play a vital role in promoting road safety awareness.

He encouraged the youth to adopt traffic rules in their daily lives and spread awareness within their communities.

Participants appreciated the initiative and expressed their commitment to following traffic regulations.
