NPAC leadership congratulates formation of Sindh’s Paigham-e-Aman Committee, hails role in promoting interfaith harmony

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Apr, 2026) The National Paigham-e-Aman Committee (NPAC) Chairman Attaullah Tarar and Coordinator Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi have extended their heartfelt congratulations on the constitution of the Provincial Paigham-e-Aman Committee (PPAC), Sindh, by the Government of Sindh’s Auqaf, Religious Affairs, Zakat & Ushr Department.

They expressed confidence that the newly formed committee, comprising respected religious scholars and representatives of different faith communities, will play a constructive role in promoting interfaith harmony, unity, and social cohesion in the province.

They particularly welcomed the inclusion of Mufti Noman Naeemi as PPAC Coordinator, along with Mufti Abu Bakar Mohi-ud-Din, Mufti Zubair Usmani, Mufti Rafi-ur-Rehman Norani, Mufti Muhammad Jan Naeemi, Maulana Nazir Ahmad Naeemi, Mufti Yahya Majeed, Allama Syed Athar Hussain Mashhadi, Allama Syed Asad Iqbal Zaidi, Archbishop Benny Mario Travas, Sardar Ramesh Singh Khalsa, and Pandit Maharaj Goswami Geer.

The NPAC leadership expressed hope that all members will serve with dedication and sincerity in the larger national interest, fostering peace, tolerance, and mutual respect among all communities.

They reaffirmed that such initiatives are vital for strengthening national unity and promoting a culture of dialogue and harmony across Pakistan.
