Oil prices rise, Brent reaches $78.15 per barrel

CAPITALS, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 23rd Jun, 2026) Oil prices rose today after a sharp decline in the previous trading session.

Brent crude futures gained 24 cents, or 0.38 percent, to reach US$78.15 per barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate crude rose 33 cents, or 0.46 percent, to $74.19 per barrel as of 00:26 GMT.

Prices had fallen by more than 3 percent during Monday's trading session.
