One petrol pump sealed, another fined over violations

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th May, 2026) Assistant Commissioner Darazinda Sajid Ali Khan paid a surprise visit to bazaar and inspected several petrol pumps to ensure availability of fuel at officially prescribed rates.

According to administration, he reviewed official fuel prices, cleanliness, and overall management of filling stations.

During inspection one petrol pump was sealed on the spot for selling fuel at prices higher than the government-approved rates.

Additionally, another pump was fined for poor hygiene conditions and administrative negligence.

On this occasion, he directed pump owners to strictly adhere to official pricing and ensure proper cleanliness standards. He warned that further violations would result in strict legal action.
