Over 50 complaints addressed by Federal Ombudsman office

MULTAN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Jun, 2026) Federal Ombudsman Secretariat Regional Office Coordinator South Punjab Dr. Muhammad Zahid has addressed more than 50 complaints and facilitated relief exceeding Rs 1 million for complainants.

The coordinator urged citizens to take full advantage of the services offered by the Federal Ombudsman and submit their complaints to the Multan office. He highlighted that complainants are provided complete assistance without the need for legal representation and that most cases are resolved within 60 days.

He reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to delivering swift, free-of-cost justice and stressed that implementation of the Federal Ombudsman’s decisions would be ensured without delay. He warned that no negligence or unnecessary postponement in executing decisions would be tolerated.

Dr. Zahid stated that resolving public issues in accordance with laws and regulations was the responsibility of the Federal Ombudsman, adding that efforts to provide free and timely relief to citizens will continue uninterrupted.
