Over 80,000 register for Hajj 2027

ISLAMABAD:

The Ministry of Religious Affairs, on Thursday said the latest statistics generated through the Hajj Management System reveal a strong response from intending pilgrims across the country.

More than 80,000 applicants have registered within the first three days of the registration drive.

Among them, those wishing to depart from Karachi constitute the largest group, followed by applicants selecting Lahore and Islamabad as their departure stations.

The registered pilgrims include approximately 47,000 men and 33,000 women.
