Overseas complaint system shows strong efficiency with 83pc resolution, Syed Qamar Raza

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Jun, 2026) Chairman OPF Syed Qamar Raza on Friday highlighted major reforms for overseas Pakistanis, saying the foundation has strengthened its 24/7 WhatsApp, email and online portal complaint system, achieving an 83 percent success rate in resolving overseas complaints.

While speaking to a local media outlet, he explained OPF is continuously upgrading its systems to improve efficiency, transparency and service delivery for the overseas community.

He noted that the foundation is managing more than 27 schools and colleges across all four provinces, including Azad Jammu and Kashmir, while also offering up to 50 percent fee concessions for overseas families.

He further said OPF is actively working on housing societies and welfare support for overseas Pakistani workers abroad, particularly in the middle East, addressing issues such as job insecurity and workplace concerns.

He added that the organization also provides facilitation in critical cases, including death abroad, ensuring timely assistance to families and strengthening trust in institutional support for overseas Pakistanis.

He concluded that OPF remains fully committed to serving overseas Pakistanis with transparency and efficiency, urging them to stay connected with the foundation as their issues will continue to be resolved on priority.
