Pak-China diplomatic relations highlighted

FAISALABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st May, 2026) On the completion of 75-years of Pak-China diplomatic relations, a flag hoisting ceremony was held at the Horticulture Agency Complex under the aegis of divisional administration, here on Thursday.

National anthems of both the countries were played at the ceremony, attended by the Commissioner Mussarat Jabin. Deputy Commissioner Cap (Retd) Nadeem Nasir, MD PHA Dilawar Khan and other officers were present.

A Pak-China friendship cake was also cut during the ceremony.

The Commissioner said that the everlasting friendship based on trust and regional cooperation between Pakistan and China.

She said that the 75 years of diplomatic relations are bright chapters of the unparalleled friendship between China and Pakistan.

Pak-China friendship is a shining example of trust and common development, she stated.

She further said that the China-Pak Economic Corridor (CPEC) is an important project for the economic future of both countries.
