Pakistan and China mark 75 years of diplomatic ties with ceremony in Harnai

QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st May, 2026) A dignified flag-hoisting ceremony was held at the Deputy Commissioner Complex in Harnai to commemorate the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China. The event was led by Deputy Commissioner Harnai, with the national flag receiving a formal salute.

Senior officials including the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Superintendent of Police Harnai, and officers from various government departments attended the ceremony, underscoring the importance of the occasion, said a news release.

Addressing the gathering, Deputy Commissioner Mir Arshad Hussain Jamali highlighted the exemplary friendship, mutual trust, and cooperation between Pakistan and China, describing them as vital for regional peace and development.
