Pakistan-China joint patrol exercises held at Khunjerab Pass border Gilgt

GILGIT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 7th May, 2026) Joint patrol exercises were conducted between the Khunjerab Security Force (KSF) and the Chinese military at the Khunjerab Pass border in Hunza.

The purpose of the joint activity was to further strengthen Pakistan-China border security, promote mutual cooperation, and reinforce friendly relations between the two neighboring countries.

In-charge Khunjerab Security Force IP Ghulam Nabi led the KSF personnel during the exercises.

Security forces from both sides demonstrated professional skills, discipline, and effective coordination throughout the joint patrol activities.

Slogans of “Long Live Pakistan-China Friendship” were also raised during the event to express solidarity and brotherly ties between the two countries.

According to the spokesperson of Gilgit-Baltistan Police, such joint activities play an important role in enhancing border security and further promoting mutual trust and cooperation between Pakistan and China.
