ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Mar, 2026) Pakistan recorded its largest current account (CA) surplus of 2026, posting a $427 million surplus in February 2026,

the highest since March 2025 when it stood at $1.28 billion, Advisor to Finance Minister Khurram Schehzad posted

on X.

He said, this also marks the second consecutive monthly surplus, following a $60 million surplus in January 2026,

buffers, is a key milestone for sustainable economic recovery and investor confidence, he added.
