Pakistan Railway restores journalists concession

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Apr, 2026) Pakistan Railways has restored travel concession for journalists with specific conditions.

New restrictions have been imposed on travel facilities for journalists, under which now they will be able to get only 10 single-side trips, that is, a total of 5 complete trips can be made on both sides.

Earlier, there was no limit on obtaining tickets for journalists and they could take as many tickets as they wanted according to the need, however, this facility has been restricted under the new policy.
