Addressing an event in Karachi, the Minister said, “My family has always had close relations with the Parsi community, and I deeply value this longstanding bond.” He added, “It has been your cooperation for the last 133 years, and your contribution to Karachi and Pakistan is highly valued.”
Highlighting the significance of the occasion, he remarked, “This is for the first time that you are formally recognizing your own people, and it is a commendable step towards preserving your legacy.
”
Speaking about the city, the Minister said, “Karachi is a beautiful city that has given recognition to countless individuals. I am hopeful that Karachi will see good times again, and people will return to contribute to its growth and development.”
He further noted, “Being a port city, Karachi has produced talented minds who have made their mark not only nationally but globally.”
The event concluded with acknowledgment of the Parsi community’s historic role in shaping Karachi’s social and economic landscape and their continued commitment to Pakistan’s progress.
