In his statement, Rajput said the attack was unacceptable and praised the swift and courageous response of the security forces, who neutralized the terrorists despite risking their own lives, preventing what could have been a major tragedy in the city.

He paid tribute to the Rangers personnel who embraced martyrdom in the line of duty, calling them the nation's true heroes. "Those who sacrifice their lives for the protection of the country deserve the highest respect. He also expressed confidence that the people of Pakistan remain united in the fight against terrorism and vowed that the country's enemies would never be allowed to succeed in their malicious designs.
